Eligibility
A refund may be requested within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided the timepiece is returned unworn, in original condition and accompanied by all documentation, tags and presentation materials.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items
Personalised engravings and gift cards are non-refundable unless the item is delivered damaged or incorrect.
